The Beginning of My International Journey

Updated: Oct 6, 2025

"Education is the most powerful weapon which can use to change the world" — Nelson Mandela.

I am a blessed person because I had an opportunity to achieve one of my dreams, which was to go to Japan to study. In 2017, I became a graduate student at Kwansei Gakuin University, studying a special major called Global Public Management. This major allows me to study in two graduate departments: the Institute of Business and Accounting (IBA) and the United Nations & Foreign Affairs Studies (UNFA).

This special major is unique because it provides students the opportunity to study international business & accounting and international science & development fields. Most of the professors in the UNFA are former UN staffers and diplomats. They played strategic roles and were important contributors to building the “New World” after the end of World War II.

Surely this opportunity would allow me to learn from the best people who have amazing experiences and outstanding track records in each respective field. Even more, it also elevated my learning progress faster, especially in the Japanese language – living in Japan requires any foreigner to speak Japanese.
